Towards the end of Summer we finally decided to do some work in the back. After about a thousand bids we found a great company to install a patio, and two crazy dudes to install a play set. We found the play set on Craigslist and got a super crazy deal. It was actually more expensive to move and refinish this thing than it was to buy it. Thanks to Grandma Smith the kids now have a super cool secret fort, lots of swings, some wild monkey bars, and s slippery slide. They love it and so do all the neighbor kids! So fun! Thanks Grandma Smith.
And here is the awesome patio. After finishing this beast the budget for furniture was blown so next year we will add the fun stuff. But so far it has been a host to a few gatherings so we are already getting good use out of it even though the Summer has long since passed.
